1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "We," "Us," "Our," "Company" refers to drivelto
• "Client," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or entity entering into a rental arrangement
• "Vehicle" refers to any motor vehicle provided under our rental arrangements
• "Arrangement" refers to the rental agreement between you and drivelto
• "Services" refers to our luxury car rental services and associated offerings

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our services, submitting a booking inquiry, or entering into a rental arrangement with drivelto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and drivelto. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license recognized in Singapore.

3. Service Description

drivelto provides luxury car rental services in Singapore through three primary arrangements:

• Thread (Daily Drive): Single-day rental arrangements
• Fabric (Weekend Weave): Weekend rental arrangements spanning Friday to Sunday
• Tapestry (Extended Journey): Five-to-seven-day rental arrangements

Services are subject to vehicle availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. We reserve the right to substitute comparable vehicles when necessary.

4. Booking and Reservation

4.1 Booking Process

Reservations may be made by phone, email, or through our website contact form. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

4.2 Required Documentation

At the time of vehicle collection, you must present:

• Valid driver's license (Singapore or International Driving Permit with valid home country license)
• Valid identification (passport or national ID)
• Payment method for the rental arrangement

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled collection time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-show bookings forfeit the full rental amount.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Vehicle Operation

You agree to:

• Operate the vehicle in accordance with Singapore traffic laws and regulations
• Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes and in a careful, prudent manner
• Not operate the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substances
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition and report any mechanical issues immediately
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Allow anyone other than authorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Use the vehicle for commercial purposes, racing, or any competitive events
• Transport illegal substances or engage in illegal activities
• Smoke or vape inside the vehicle
• Transport pets without prior written consent
• Remove the vehicle from Singapore without written permission

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Rental prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include comprehensive insurance, roadside support, and specified mileage allowances. All prices are subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed. Full payment is required before vehicle collection unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing.

6.3 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of collection. This deposit will be returned within 14 business days after vehicle return, less any deductions for damages, excess mileage, traffic violations, or cleaning fees.

6.4 Additional Charges

You will be responsible for:

• Mileage beyond the included allocation (charged per kilometer as specified)
• Fuel costs (vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as provided)
• Parking, toll charges, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period
• Cleaning fees if the vehicle is returned in an unacceptable condition
• Repair costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear

7. Insurance and Liability

7.1 Insurance Coverage

All rental arrangements include comprehensive insurance coverage. However, you remain responsible for the insurance excess amount in the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle.

7.2 Your Liability

You are liable for:

• Any damage to the vehicle caused by negligent or improper use
• Loss or theft of the vehicle or its contents
• Damage resulting from prohibited uses or violation of these terms

7.3 Accident Procedures

In the event of an accident, you must immediately contact local authorities and notify us within 24 hours. You must provide a complete police report and cooperate fully with insurance claim procedures.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we maintain our vehicles to high standards and conduct thorough preparation before each rental, services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• Vehicles will be uninterrupted or error-free in operation
• Services will meet all your requirements or expectations
• Any particular vehicle will be available at all times

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental arrangement
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold drivelto, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the vehicle, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a rental arrangement immediately if:

• You breach any provision of these terms
• The vehicle is used for prohibited purposes
• Payment obligations are not met
• False information was provided during the booking process

Upon termination, you must return the vehicle immediately. No refund will be provided for terminated arrangements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve disputes amicably.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific rental agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and drivelto.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision in these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any third party.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For active rental arrangements, changes will not apply retrospectively without your consent.
